Someone from this number and left a message that he had been trying to get hold of me and said that he had a court summons that he will deliver to my home if I don't reply by calling the above number. He stated that I had written a fraudlent check! I am like Cheryl above I don't even know who this person is and nor do I know what company says that I have written a dishonored check!!! He gave me a number to refer too. He told me good luck. Didn't identify what company he was representing or any client information. Is this a scam. I am contacting my attorney to see what he can find out. I am tired of these calls. Scares ya half to death.

This is ridiculous. Their bad intrusive behavior is protected by law, folks. We are not. We have to put with the calls.

Person has been pestering us for weeks. When told to stop he doesn't. When told again to stop, we are not interested, he calls me an asshole. Now this person or persons have gone to far and needs to be stopped.

recieved the phone a few time , when picked up there silence on the other end , tried to called back but the caller refused to pick up the phone.

Claimed to be from an outfit called "Receivables Professional Management" but caller refused to further provide any info; asked for their address but they refused. Any outfit that refuses to offer their address is a fraudulent outfit. Ignore these jerks.

told me I owed him $100.00 for a payday loan. All loans are paid off. wish he would stop calling me

they call several times day and night. i ignore, ignore, ignore....they are relentless.

Heavy Indian accented caller, stating I took out a payday loan and never paid it back. I told him I have proof that I've never received a payday loan ever. He gave no way to dispute, told me I had 2 options, pay an amount in which he never disclosed, or he'll mail me a summons. Claimed to be with a company called Langer and Langer Associates, told me to appear in court to prove I didn't take it, gave me a court date of, but would not give me a specific court, he told me not to worry about that part of it. Would not give me a physical mailing address to their company, I advised not to call my POE, they have repeatedly called, claiming to be Officer "so and so", various names. this number needs to be shut down, they are trying to scam people out of money.

I am with some of these who are saying they registered at David's Bridal. Since I registered there, I have been getting HUNDREDS (not an exaggeration) of calls a week from telemarketers offering me a chance to win dresses, tuxedos, to get photographs, to have my reception catered...on and on and on. This is one of the numbers. It will NOT stop!!!!

Kept asking if I had a visa, when I asked him to quit calling he got very rude and said he would if I would tell him about my visa card. would not let me talk to his supervisor.
